Holding an M.Sc. and Ph.D. from the University of Pune, he has also completed advanced studies at DIAT Khadakwasala and the Administrative Staff College of India, Hyderabad, with a specialization in armament and military technology. He currently serves as Director and advisor to six private companies. Dr. Nagarkar has represented India at national expositions, contributed to international scientific publications, guided over 300 students in patent filing, and has several patents to his name. He has delivered numerous lectures across India on science, technology, patents, and innovation, and actively trained defense personnel and industries for technology transfer.
