Ajay is an accomplished AI leader with over 20 years of experience driving AI innovation, startup software and enterprise software development across diverse sectors. Ajay led multiple global Digital & AI teams and developed best-in-class AI products and platforms that delivered high business value. An alumni from IIT Madras, Ajay worked at IBM and GE. Currently Ajay works in a Fortune-20 company as Director for AI & Data Science.

Mrs. Surya Ramdas

Dr. Mrs. Surya Ramdas, is an MBA Ph.D. She has a total work experience of 35 years, including 11.5 years in corporate roles and over 25 years in academics and teaching. Dr. Ramdas has served as Director at prestigious AICTE-approved and SPPU-affiliated management institutes in Pune. She is a recognized research guide in Marketing Management with three Ph.D. awardees and six ongoing scholars. She has published 40 research papers, including one in Scopus, and is the editor of a Scopus-indexed book. Her mantra for success: The one who works hard gets amazing success and rewards. She has presented papers in international conferences including Singapore and many national events across India. She also edits several academic journals and teaches marketing, strategic management, communication skills, and CSR. She has led various training programs and organized conferences, field-based projects, and practical sessions.

Mr. Jeetendra Sharma

Mr. Jeetendra Sharma is a globally accomplished Marketing and Management Professional with over 32 years of experience across 16 countries. He held key leadership positions in industrial marketing and sales, notably with Kimberly-Clark Professional as Regional Category Manager for 11 Asia-Pacific countries. He has traveled extensively across Asia, Europe, and the USA. Jeetendra advises mid-sized businesses on growth strategies and mentors aspiring professionals. He also actively contributes to Rotary International through leadership roles.

Mr. Vaibhav Deshmukh

Vaibhav brings 26 years of experience in a large, diversified manufacturing group with expertise in organizational setup, talent acquisition, employee relations, strategic decision-making, and negotiations. He has played a vital role in performance management, legal compliance, employee engagement, and change management. Passionate about social impact, he mentors over 10 students annually and collaborates with educational institutes to give back to society.

Mr. Vinod Bidwaik

Vinod Bidwaik is a seasoned HR and management expert with over 25 years of experience, including 20 years in leadership roles across Indian and multinational organizations. His industry exposure includes manufacturing, media, automotive, life sciences, and industrial equipment. He is known for the “Mindset, Skillset, Toolset” approach to transformation and currently serves as Group Director – HR at AP Globale & Sakal Media Group. Previously, he held senior HR roles at Alfa Laval, DSM India, Mahindra & Mahindra, and Semperit Group. Vinod has received awards like Asia Pacific HRM Leadership Award, Pune HR Leader, and 101 Top HR Minds. An author, blogger, and speaker, Vinod holds a Master’s in Personnel Management, a Diploma in Production Management, and has completed programs from IIM Ahmedabad. He lives in Pune with his wife and son.

Dr. Sundar Parthasarathy

 Dr. Sundar Parthasarathy has served as the President & Managing Director of Otis Elevator Company and CEO & Executive Director of Cummins Sales & Services, India. With extensive experience across automotive, building & construction, capital goods, energy & power, and infrastructure industries, he has successfully led businesses through complex challenges, developing competitive strategies for sustainable growth. As an accredited leadership coach, he works with CEOs, CXOs, and board members, bringing unique perspectives from his own C-suite journey.
He has coached senior leaders at organizations such as Aditya Birla Group, Blue Star Ltd., Canon India, Deif A/S, ElectraCard Services (Mastercard), FIS, Royal Bank of Scotland, Saint-Gobain, Thermax Ltd., and Voltas Ltd.
Dr. Parthasarathy also advises mid-sized, owner-managed businesses on strategic, long-term growth. He serves as an independent director on company boards and is a visiting faculty member at premier B-schools including IIMs, IITs, and ISB.

Dr. Anand B. Dadas

 Dr. Anand B. Dadas is the Director and Professor at Neville Wadia Institute of Management Studies & Research, where he has been a faculty member since 2001. He holds key academic leadership roles, including Chairman of the Board of Studies (HRM) and Member of the Academic Council at Savitribai Phule Pune University. With 24 years of experience, he has guided 16 Ph.D. scholars and numerous postgraduate students.
Dr. Dadas has served in several administrative roles, including Director of GDPI Centre and CAP Director for MBA, PGDBM & MBS programs at SPPU. He is also a Member of the UGC-NET evaluation panel and associated with ISTD, Delhi.
His teaching and consultancy areas include Organizational Behaviour, HRM, Labour Welfare, Research Methodology, and General Management. He has authored 15 books and over 52 publications, and has completed funded research projects for UGC and SPPU as a Principal Investigator.

Dr. Vaidehi R. Janjale

Dr. Vaidehi R. Janjale is an accomplished psychologist, psychotherapist, and holistic healer with over 15 years of experience. She is the Founder and Director of Brilliant Mind Counselling, Healing and Training Center, where she leads a multidisciplinary team focused on mental wellness, combining clinical, industrial, forensic psychology with natural medicine and neuroscience.

Dr. Sachin Vernekar

Dr. Sachin Shripad Vernekar is a distinguished academician and administrator with over four decades of experience in management education. Currently serving as Professor Emeritus (Advisory) at Dr. D.Y. Patil Vidyapeeth, Pune, he has previously held significant leadership roles, including Dean, Campus Incharge, and Director across multiple campuses of Bharati Vidyapeeth in Delhi, Pune, Kolhapur, Karad, and Solapur . Born in Mudgeri (Karwar), raised in Solapur, and hailing from Goa, Dr. Vernekar’s journey from local beginnings to international recognition is a testament to his dedication and vision . He holds an MBA, LL.B. (Gen), and Ph.D., and is a Fellow of both the Indian Management Association (FIMA) and the Indian Commerce Association (FICA). His academic interests span marketing, human resources, and general management, with a prolific output of 79 research papers and 7 books  As an approved Ph.D. guide, Dr. Vernekar has mentored 17 scholars to completion and currently supervises three more. Mr. Yogesh Chandrakant Todkari

Mr. Yogesh Chandrakant Todkari is a seasoned IT professional with 14 years of experience in software development and currently serves as a Business Analyst in a multinational company. An alumnus of S.V.P.M’s College of Engineering, Pune, he has also worked on-site in Germany for Volkswagen, during which he traveled to several European countries. Beyond his technical expertise, Yogesh is a published author of the book Our Dream India, which draws on his international experiences to propose developmental reforms for India. The book has received significant recognition, including over 20,000 e-book sales on Amazon Kindle and mentions in various newspapers and Diwali magazines. He has delivered lectures at several colleges and MNCs, received the ‘Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Vision Award 2023’, and is active in social work, including environmental initiatives and educational outreach. He also runs a YouTube channel sharing book summaries, poetry, and informative content.

Dr. Ashutosh Misal

Dr. Ashutosh Misal is a distinguished HR trainer, consultant, and professional anchor, currently serving as a professor at the Indira Institute of Management Pune. An alumnus of the Department of Management Sciences (PUMBA), he brings a wealth of experience in human resources, leadership development, and management education . Dr. Misal is actively involved in the National HRD Network (NHRD) Pune Chapter, where he serves as a core committee member and life member . He has conducted impactful sessions on topics such as “Management in the Bhagavad Gita” for faculty and students at institutions like DYPIMR, and has contributed to career guidance programs for PGDM students at iFEEL, Lonavala . Beyond academia, Dr. Misal is known for organizing cultural events, including musical tributes to legends like Mohammed Rafi, reflecting his passion for blending professional development with cultural enrichment .

Dr. A. G. Nagarkar

Dr. A. G. Nagarkar is a distinguished senior scientist and retired Joint Director from the Ministry of Defence, with over 37 years of expertise in missile technology. Holding an M.Sc. and Ph.D. from the University of Pune, he has also completed advanced studies at DIAT Khadakwasala and the Administrative Staff College of India, Hyderabad, with a specialization in armament and military technology. He currently serves as Director and advisor to six private companies. Dr. Nagarkar has represented India at national expositions, contributed to international scientific publications, guided over 300 students in patent filing, and has several patents to his name. He has delivered numerous lectures across India on science, technology, patents, and innovation, and actively trained defense personnel and industries for technology transfer. Among his 78 prestigious awards are the First Prize at the Indian Science Congress, the National Award for Technological Breakthrough, and the HEMSI EMS International Award. His dedication to scientific advancement and national self-reliance continues to inspire the next generation of innovators.

Dr. Olive Pinto

Knowledge impartation and mentorship was my profession and teaching was my passion since the year 1977. An M.Com, B.Ed, M.Phil and PhD from Pune University brought my professional education to a full circle. Reaching out to the poor and marginalised was and is till date, now 48 years, a top priority. Financial and Management accounting, and Costing and Tax are my forte. Have taught at Junior, Senior, post graduation in the Commerce faculty and Management Institutes. Took voluntary retirement as the Principal from St.Vincent College of Commerce, joined Symbiosis, and was a visiting faculty at various Management Institutes

Dr. M D Lawrance

Dr. M.D. Lawrence is a distinguished academician and administrator with over 35 years of experience in teaching, research, and institutional leadership. Currently serving as the Vice Chancellor of Dr. P.A. Inamdar University, Pune, he has played a pivotal role in academic excellence and institutional development across multiple educational institutions.

Dr. Lawrence holds a Ph.D. in Human Resource Management, along with multiple postgraduate degrees including an M.Phil. in Commerce, MMS in Marketing, and M.Sc. in Psychology. His academic journey reflects a strong interdisciplinary foundation, equipping him with broad perspectives in business, education, and human behavior.

He has previously held significant leadership roles, including Principal of Marathwada Mitra Mandal’s College of Commerce for 12 years, where he successfully led NAAC accreditation processes. He has guided numerous Ph.D. scholars, published extensively in peer-reviewed journals, and presented research at prestigious national and international conferences including IIM Kozhikode, Montclair State University, and IFTDO in Cairo.

His contributions to education have been recognized with numerous awards, such as the Best Principal Award by the University of Pune and the Lifetime Education Achievement Award by IIE&M. An accomplished author, he has written several academic books and actively contributed to curriculum development and faculty training initiatives.

Dr. Lawrence is also a life member of the United Writer’s Association and an active member of AIMA and the All India Commerce Teachers Association. His strengths lie in academic leadership, quality assurance, research mentoring, and strategic institutional growth.

Mr. Prashant Nayakawade

Prashant Nayakawade is a seasoned HR professional and Director at 70 Degree, with over 20 years of extensive experience in human resources management, compliance, and organizational development. A Commerce graduate with a Master’s in Business Administration, he also holds a Diploma in Labour Laws and a Postgraduate Diploma in Management.
